Steel Structures
Within both of the divisions, the production of steel structures, focused above all on the production and reconstruction of technological equipment for the construction of bridge systems, manufacturing of steel bridge structures, including complementary structures, is provided. Further more, complete designs of supplies of steel structures as a turnkey project, including the preparation of the production documentation, are offered. The complementary program entails other steel structures used in the all building industry area and for the static securing of the structures.
Constructions can be, according to specific requirements of the investor, provided with surface anticorrosive treatment that is predominantly performed by blasting, hot spraying of metals and applying of paints according to various coating systems.
The area of production plants is located on own land properties of Sokolovské strojírny a.s. The plant disposes of covered production areas of a total area of 24 400 m2. Manipulation is provided by bridge and portal cranes of a lifting capacity of 5 - 25 t.
Currently, the production plant employs approx. 156 qualified locksmiths. The annual production fluctuates around 2500 t of constructions.
The production plant has the certificate ČSN EN ISO 9001:2000 and is the holder of "Greater Certificate of Capability" for the production of steel structures in accordance with ČSN 73 2601-Z2.
