As a system integrator, we have noticeable experience with project management. A lot of projects are supplied as turn key projects, whereas Sokolovské strojírny a.s. is the general contractor. We provide also services of project management for other organisations. Project management includes the co-operation and controlling of subcontractors, checking of keeping the construction progress schedule, checking of supplies, supervision of installation, supervision on testing and putting into operation. Our project managers have both technical qualification and experience with a number of technologies. For project management we use the software Microsoft Project Professional. For selected market segments, project managers, who are specialised on given segment, are assigned.
The company Sokolovské strojírny a.s. provides supplies of goods and equipment needed for project performance. The company has good relationships with producers of equipment for electrical systems, control systems and field instrumentation. The choice of suppliers for a project is conditioned by a lot of criteria, of which the most important are the customer's requirements and standards.
